Talc Claims
You may qualify if you or a loved one used talcum products (like Baby Powder or Shower to Shower) and were then subsequently diagnosed with ovarian cancer or mesothelioma. $4 billion is still available for payments.
Camp Lejeune Claims
You may qualify if you or a loved one lived at Camp Lejeune from 1953-1987 and were diagnosed with bladder, kidney, liver cancer, leukemia, lymphoma, or multiple myeloma. This $6 billion fund will pay damages.
SSA Disability Claims
You may qualify for Social Security disability if you or a loved one are unable to work due to any type of cancer diagnosis and you expect this disability to last 12 months or longer. Regular monthly payments are available.
All of these programs work on a contingency-fee basis. That means your attorney only gets paid if you agree to a settlement or win your claim. When you settle or win, a percentage of the award you agree to in advance will be paid to your lawyer. If you do not receive compensation, you never pay attorney fees.
Are there any upfront charges?
No. Your attorney gets paid only if you agree to a settlement or win your claim.
Will I need to travel?
You typically will not need to travel. Your attorneys can often handle the entire case process remotely from their office and come to you if and when necessary.
How long does it take?
The legal process depends on several factors and can range from a few weeks to several months or longer. Your attorney will work to resolve your case as quickly as possible. They will handle each step so you can focus what matters most to you.
Do you guarantee a successful outcome?
No one can guarantee a legal outcome. Every situation is different. Please take a few minutes to prequalify based on your personal circumstances. Once you are prequalified, you can speak with an attorney who can explain if and how he or she can help you.
