The no-cost products, programs and services listed below are specifically designed to help support anyone in the USA who have been diagnosed with ovarian cancer, fallopian tube cancer or peritoneal cancer. We’ve included financial assistance programs for patients to help pay for travel, housing, treatment, copays, deductibles and prescriptions. This financial assistance program by the Patient Advocate Foundation helps cover the costs of co-pays, co-insurance & deductibles for ovarian cancer patients. GYNCA Emergency Fund
Description:

Patient Advocate Foundation (PAF) Clinical Trials Fund

The PAF financial assistance program pays up to $2500 to patients who have been diagnosed with ovarian cancer, fallopian tube cancer or peritoneal cancer, and covers both medical and non-medical expenses that may prevent patients from receiving the clinical trials treatment needed. To be eligible, the patient must meet income guidelines (currently earn less than 400% of Federal Poverty Level guidelines) and provide diagnosis and clinical trial participation documentation.
